Best-One of Lafayette

I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Best One of Lafayette, especially Shawn. A few days ago, I unknowingly hit a pothole that completely shredded one of my tires. The following day, I called Best One of Lafayette to see about getting a replacement. I’ve used them for repairs on another vehicle in the past, so I already knew they were a business I trusted. Shawn answered the phone, and I explained what had happened. What I didn’t expect was for him to take the time to educate me about my vehicle and be completely honest with me. Rather than simply doing the service I initially called for, he explained why, in his professional opinion, replacing just one tire could potentially lead to more serious and expensive issues down the road. He recommended replacing all four tires. That was a lot to take in, especially because my family is currently going through something incredibly difficult. My 2-year-old son was diagnosed with cancer, and he has chemotherapy treatments scheduled all next week in Indianapolis. I was already overwhelmed trying to make sure our vehicle was safe and reliable for all of our trips back and forth to treatment. Shawn went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us.

Shawn helped me on the phone and again when I showed up with my vehicle. He was very friendly and my car was ready to go very quickly. They do tight, efficient work for a reasonable price

Very nice people to deal with. My tires we very old but when I bought them I had a platinum road service. Unfortunately, my tire was so old that I was told they couldn’t repair it. I would need to buy a new tire. After looking, I was told that they didn’t even have one tire in stock in my size so even though he wasn’t supposed to, they would repair it for me. This was a blessing to me as I didn’t have any money to buy a tire right now. When I asked how much for the repair, he said “nothing, have nice day”. What a great place. Highly recommend! He also gave me a quote for new tires that I should be able to afford before too long. Thank you Shawn!!

new set of tires, rear brakes, breaker fluid and an oil change - first place i took my car after my dealership became untrustworthy and honestly really great service by the end of the conversation i felt they were a trustworthy place for me to leave my keys- i was able too see the tire storage room and look at the tires while learning a lot more than i knew about them. and my car was done the next day after i walked in there thinking i would have to schedule for later. thank youuu for the service.

I would recommend this shop to anyone having service done on their vehicle. Period. The front desk is run by professional courteous patient people that explain the pros and cons of the decision they ask you to make. Case in point, " you have one tire that is still new enough. Would you like to use it as a spare if you get 4 new tires ... Or would you like to get 3 new tires and continue to use the newer tire. There is not much of a downside either way but it's up to you sir". I'm 100% satisfied with my service.
